$539 million fine: Spotify alleges "artificial advantage" as Apple calls it 'freeloader'

The European Commission is set to fine Apple €500 million over anti-competitive practices in the music streaming market, as per Spotify's 2019 complaint. Apple's alleged favoritism towards Apple Music and the 30% commission on in-app purchases are under scrutiny. The ruling could force changes to the App Store.
