Cancer-causing chemicals found in Indian spice brands

Hong Kong’s CFS report identified cancer-causing chemicals in Indian spices with ethylene oxide. The International Agency for Research on Cancer classified ethylene oxide as a Group 1 carcinogen. Singapore issued a recall for affected products from MDH and Everest.
